Elite, Pre-Elite and Emerging Elite Week Long Camp.

Our week long camps are aimed at athletes who are pushing towards the elite end of the playing spectrum where we will concentrate on performance development and the curriculum increases in both complexity and intensity.

The camps progressively build the players skills through the week covering areas of technique, formations, introductory tactics, not forgetting the important warm-up and cool-down drills.

These camps are recommended for students with at least 18 months of competitive experience who are committed to developing in the sport and are prepared to make the necessary physical, mental and emotional commitment to achieve it. We recommend a minimum age for these camp of 14 years old due to the nature of an intense week long training programme.
