When an undergrad at Durham University Sorsky ran the school’s volleyball club so effectively that he became Volleyball England’s young Coach of the Year. After attending the American Volleyball Coaches Association convention on a scholastic grant, he became involved in education in Leicestershire, and joined the national federation’s coaching staff as an FIVB Level 2 qualified assistant coach.
