Tournaments and Tours

As Volleyball Development Camps has grown, its contacts with various clubs and volleyball organisations around the world has likewise expanded. Some of these groups conduct tournaments for junior teams or varying skill levels. VbDC representatives periodically visit these events to determine whether they are of a standard that can enhance a camper’s training experience.

VbDC has launched a programme in which it periodically organises teams to take part in the best tournaments that coincide with our training. They are often in another country, so persons wishing to take part will need to commit to the team well in advance, to enable VbDC to arrange for travel, accommodation and coaching.

When possible, the tours will take place soon after a camp, so that athletes can spend a week training with their coach, and then an additional period putting their newly acquired skills to good use. There’s no better way to improve one’s game.
