If you have followed us for a while, you may remember one of our coaches called Will McDonald. Will originally came to us as a camper, then as an assistant coach going on to become a well respected Head Coach for our camps. After marrying his American girlfriend they relocated to USA where he quickly began to further his coaching career, initially coaching club teams, then securing a Technical Coordinator position with Georgia Tech then moving on to Baylor University. At the end of the 2025 NCAA season Will took up the Technical Coordinator roll with Salt Lake in the LOVB Pro League. Most recently Will was with the USA National Team during the first week of the VNL in Canada. It is great to see someone from England forging a successful career in volleyball overseas.
